Photoshoot - Fresh from the oven!!

We went to http://www.foto-u.com/ for a photoshoot this morning and here are the photos!

It was an enjoyable experience, but very tiring cos we have to make all efforts to tickle Sean so that he'd put on his best smile!

And it was all worth it when we see the results.

We especially like the ones where Sean is naked in the tub.

I have to say, thick-skinnedly or not, that my Sean's very, very handsome.

Birthdays and the random

Sean's birthday is approaching in just 2 weeks' time!

I got so many things in mind to prepare!!

- print out his photos over the year and make into an album
- make a video clip
- order a nice cake. Am scouting around now, any recommendations??
- make a banner for his party
- buy nice cute balloons
- etc etc...

The good news is, we're going for a photoshoot this Saturday! Am going to buy new apparels for Sean and dress him up. He's going to look so handsome!



Also.....

My birthday is approaching in just about a week's time!

Old already. 31 years old!!

My oh my.

I got only one thing in mind to prepare:

- get some colours into my hair

I've been having jet black hair for the last 2 years. I miss the vibrancy of colours in them!

And that's about it I guess, for my birthday.

Sean and my birthday is just 4 days apart. Good and bad in it.

Good because we can celebrate 2 joyous occasions together, making it doubly fun and enjoyable.

Bad is, cut corners. And most of it is from mine.

Never mind. Sean is more important lah.

This is taken at Karen's church wedding. Everyone's standing and singing but with fussy Sean in tow, cannot help it. So we just snapped away, and ate biscuits, and dropped biscuits onto the floor, and wipe hands with wet tissues, and dropped wet tissues onto the floor....

But I cleared everything after ok!

And look! Sean is attempting a delicate balancing act!

To wean or not to wean...

Since day 1, I've been pumping milk throughout the day.

There is never a day when I can be out for more than 6 hours or so.

Even if there is, I would have to scramble to some decent nursing room to express milk.

And now that Sean is coming to 1 in a few weeks' time, I wonder if it's time to wean him?

But I'm feeling very mixed.

On the one hand, that would mean I will have more free time for myself, and indeed for Sean too.

I can start bringing him out alone, expose him to more things, even bring him for enrichment classes (though I seriously think these classes are really OPTIONAL)

On the other hand, because it is a irreversable decision, I'm afraid I will regret weaning Sean now rather than later.

Sean's latching on at least twice a day now, and I really enjoy this time.

A time for just the both of us. This bonding is what words cannot describe.

So...how?

Anyway, here are some photos taken over the week. My parents and Zining (my brother's cutie) came over for 2 days while Steve is away for work.

I think Sean is intrigued with his cousin, he kept looking at Zining and nothing else in this series of photos! Haha! So cute!
