Where is home?

I've been going to my mum's place everyday for the last 5 days, bringining Sean to play with his cousin Zining. Oh the commotion when the 2 kids are together! I have photos to put up (Tokyo's one as well!), but again, I'll leave that to the next post (hopefully!).

Lately, I've been thinking alot about my citizenship. Or rather, I've been pondering alot about Singapore...how should I put it?

It's like suddenly, it's dawned upon me that, I've been too unaware for so long.

Unaware of the political scene, unaware of the governmental ongoings, unaware of the truth.

Just yesterday, Steve popped a surprising question:

"What do you think if we go live in Japan, for sometime?"

He said there may be a job opportunity.

I gave a resounding "Yes! Of course! Why not?"

But then, I thought about my family. For them, I will want to stay behind.

Then again, seriously, is it worth it anymore to remain in Singapore?

I am having increasing doubts.

By the way, does anybody know if any of our politicians actually live in HDB?

Or do they all live in landed properties?

I wonder how the heck they can make decisions for us all when they themselves are ignorant of the ground-level problems.
