It started on Sunday afternoon, and his fever went up to a high 39.4 degrees.
Doctor says the fever can hover around for 2-3 more days, and can go to a high 40 degrees.
Sean is prescribed a whopping 5 medications, of which one can be alternated with another.
So at one time, Sean has to suffer 4 different medications, which is proving to be a very uphill task.
The first 2 times were brilliant. Sean took all 4 of them without a struggle, and within 2 minutes.
But as the novelty wears off, Sean is refusing all of them. Anything that goes into his mouth via the syringe, he spits them out.
We tried the spoon. It doesn't work too.
We tried bribing, cheating, camouflaging....all these tricks couldn't pull off on him.
Sigh.
Let's hope his immune system can fight off the virus on its own.
My 14 months of breastmilk!! It's time you do your job!!!
Seanie boy, get well soon!!!
The unpalatable cocktail
I rubbed Vicks vapour rub on his soles and put on his socks. They say this will curb coughing - it works!
Mustering a wicked smile despite everything - you're a fighter Sean!
