He's learning things at a tremendous speed and frankly, I'm enjoying every bit of it! Even if it means having to employ harsher tactics to correct him the right from the wrongs - yes, I have a stubborn boy on hand. Hitting his hands and telling him a stern "NO!" with me staring right into his eyes doesn't do the trick of stopping a misbehaviour. He really doesn't know when to stop!
But yet, he's an absolutely angel when he's all good and calm. One day at the foodcourt during dinner, he suddenly tugs at my hand and beckons me to bend towards him. Then he gave me a big wet kiss on my lips! It completely took both Steve and me by surprise!
Then after the meal, he grabbed the packet of wet tissue and took out a piece to wipe his mouth and hands - all without us prompting!
Sean can also identify quite a number of vehicles - car, truck, lorry, taxi, van, bus, bicycle, train. He imitates everything we do! Wearing my belt, necklace, ring; he attempts to start the 'engine' of his Giraffe Ride with our key, he even tried to slot a coin into the Giraffe Ride after he tried one of the machine car rides in the mall.
I think my boy is doing really well. And I'm damn proud of that. :)
